Mitchell McClenaghan took to social networking site X (which was called Twitter) and responded to a Pakistani journalist by criticizing the performance of the Black Caps in the T20 World Cup.
A Pakistani journalist revealed that New Zealand recently lost to the West Indies because of its players who prioritized the Indian Premier League (IPL) over the country’s work. His argument hinges on the fact that several New Zealand stars, incl Kane Williamson and Trent Boult, opted out of the T20I series in Pakistan to participate in the IPL.
