Promoter Bob Arum thinks the winner of the proposed unification lightweight title fight between Lomachenko and Tank Davis will want to fight WBC champion Shakur (21-0, 10 KOs) next.
Shakur defends his WBC title against Artur Harutyunyan next month on July 6 at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. It’s a fight that Shakur is expected to win, but you can’t help but feel bad if he fights the way he did in his last fight in November.
