Tottenham defender Joe Rodon could be available for just £10million this summer as Leeds United look to bring him back to the club.
Rodon has struggled to play at Spurs, spending last season on loan at Leeds as they missed out on promotion, and may now be set to return there permanently.
It remains to be seen whether other clubs will be interested in the Welshman, but one imagines he will be tempted to continue at Elland Road and make up for the disappointment of losing the play-off final to Southampton in 2023/24.
Rodon initially looked like an exciting young player when he first joined Tottenham, but it is now clear that he is not good enough at that level, even if he could play for other Premier League clubs.
The 26-year-old may decide to wait to see if there are any other clubs interested in him this summer, as it could mean he could avoid a return to the Championship again.
However, Leeds will be among the promotion favorites again, so it would be a good move for him in the long run.
