West Ham are on the verge of signing a striker from Man City

According to a recent report, West Ham United are expected to complete the signing of a young player from Premier League champions Manchester City.

Hammers manager Julen Lopetegui is ready to make changes at the London Stadium this summer following his arrival to replace David Moyes.

The East Londoners have already completed the signings of Luis Guilherme and Wes Foderingham and the Man City striker could be their third player.

The Hammers are expected to sign David Chigwada from Manchester City, according to The Secret Scout on X.

The player was described as a speedy striker who played as a striker for Blackburn but Man City used him as a defender.

West Ham United coach Julen Lopetegui is referring to the new players.

West Ham continue to invest in youth

The player is only 16 years old and still has a long way to go before he is part of the first team at the London Stadium.

However, Lopetegui will be hoping the player can accelerate his development and repay the faith the Hammers have shown in him so far.
