An Arsenal insider says the Spain star was ‘taking the mick’ before kick-off
The Arsenal legend believes Spain midfielder Dani Olmo was taking the mick out of England before kick-off.
The Three Lions will face the hot Spanish side as they chase an unexpected major tournament victory after a painful shutout in 2021, losing to Italy on penalties.
Despite not playing well in the competition, Gareth Southgate will feel that his side have as good a shot as Luis de la Fuente’s victory.
Before the match started, both sets of players went to the field in a normal manner as they were soaked in air and trying to rest before being changed in the dressing room.
Speaking in the ITV studio, presenter Mark Pougatch revealed that Spain midfielder Olmo was drinking a cup of tea while chatting with his international team-mates.
