Elena Rybakina Withdraws from the Olympics

The Olympic feeling is over Elena Rybakina.
World No. 4 Rybakina has officially withdrawn from the Paris Olympic Games due to an undisclosed illness, the ITF announced today.

2022 Wimbledon winner Rybakina reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon this month and went one set down before bowing out to former champion Barbora Krejcikova in three sets.

The withdrawal of Rybakina, 25, said a French woman Caroline Garcia now it has been beaten up to number 17 in the middle women’s Olympic competition.
Garcia, who was initially drawn to play 6th seed Qinwen Zheng, will now play Romania’s Jaqueline Cristian in the first round.
