The 2024/25 shirt was revealed for the US tour

Jack Grealish, Jeremy Doku and Erling Haaland are among the players to claim their first Manchester City third kit for 2024/25.

Designed by Puma, the burgundy kit with metallic gold represents “constant movement”, say the reigning Premier League champions.

Stars including Manuel Akanji, Mateo Kovacic, Jess Park and Ruben Dias also showcased shirts, incorporating recycled fabric waste to create new items.

How to buy the new Man City kit

The shirt, unveiled in the presence of manager Pep Guardiola, will be available in City’s online store and at the Arndale and Stadium from July 27.

Prices range from Β£50 for a junior kit to Β£110 for a ‘real’ long-sleeved shirt, with shorts and socks also available to buy individually.

Khiara Keating, Oscar Bobb and Julian Alvarez have matched the strip, and fans hoping Ederson will stay at the club may be encouraged by his presence in the promotional game.

The Brazilian has been linked with the Saudi Pro League, and Guardiola has admitted that the future of his first-choice goalkeeper is uncertain.

Manchester City kit: US tour launch

The City manager and players met twice with NBA Dunk champion Mac McClung on a custom-built court in New York to unveil the kit.

The event featured customized City home and away basketball shirts, while Grealish enjoyed basketball practice.

Guardiola then participated in a question and answer session with basketball legend Clyde Frazier, Dallas Mavericks coach God Shammgod and NBA skills coach Chris Brickley.

The Cityzens face Milan in New York on Saturday (11pm BST), Barcelona in Orlando on July 31 (midnight BST) and Chelsea in Ohio on August 3 (10.30pm BST).

Their season begins against United in the Community Shield on August 10 (3pm) and they travel to Chelsea eight days later for their Premier League opener (4.30pm).
