How to watch the Wells Fargo Championship

This week’s host course, Quail Hollow, has a storied history in pro golf. Not only has it been the longtime location of Wells Fargo, but it also hosted the 2017 PGA Championship won by Justin Thomas and the 2022 Presidents Cup.

But the winner of this week’s event will earn more money than Thomas did in 2017. Due to the nature of the Signature Event event, the champion will walk away with $3.6 million of the $20 million prize pool.

Thomas will be of interest to many pundits, but the World No. 2 Rory McIlroy takes the title of betting favorite going into this week, due in part to Scottie Scheffler not being in the field.
