Grayson Allen is all about speed, explosiveness, and toughness

Grayson Allen had an impressive first season with the Suns, leading the NBA in three-point shooting at 46.1%. However, as Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reported, his season didn’t end as he had hoped.

Allen injured his ankle during the first-round series against Minnesota, sprained it in Game 1, aggravated it in Game 2, and missed the final two games.

To improve his strength and stamina, Allen immediately began weight training after the season ended.
