Lonnie Walker IV may be waived by the Boston Celtics before the start of the season, even though he just signed an Exhibit 10 contract.
Shams Charania of The Athletic reported that Walker has joined the Celtics in an Exhibit 10 deal, which could include a bonus if he is waived after training camp.
The 25-year-old guard’s contract allows the Celtics to keep their 15th roster spot open at the start of the season.
