Timberwolves president of operations Tim Connelly: We want to keep Rudy Gobert for a long time

Timberwolves president of operations Timber Connelly spoke with our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson on Tuesday at the Minnesota State Fair. They touched on Connelly’s time at the Paris Olympics, Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert, Jaden McDaniels, the possibility of another program before the season starts, and more. Tim Connelly: “We would like Rudy to be here for a really long time. We love his agent, he’s been our friend for a long time and one of the best guys in the League. Of course, our goal with most of these guys is to keep them as long as they want to be here and everyone is very happy. So, continuity is one of the best strengths we will have this season, and we really like our core team.”
