Guyana Amazon Warriors put in an excellent all-round performance to secure a comfortable six-wicket win St Lucia Kings in Match 10 of Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024. The match, held at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet, St Lucia, saw the Warriors completely defeat the Kings in both batting and bowling.

St Lucia Kings are lax in batting

The Kings, after being beaten, struggled to put together 100 runs in just 14.3 overs. Matthew Forde was the bright spot, scoring 31 runs off 21 balls with two sixes and three boundaries. However, the batting order failed to offer any resistance, collapsing under the pressure of the Warriors’ direct bowling attack.
