Bridgeman, a former Bucks star, is expected to receive a 15% discount as a “limited partner” in the deal, which puts the Bucks’ total value at $4 billion, even after discounting his buyout.

Bridgeman has a deep history with the Bucks, playing for Milwaukee in the first nine seasons of his professional basketball career, from 1975 to 1984.
