NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal recently shared details on how he inspired the late Kobe Bryant during their early years with the Los Angeles Lakers.
O’Neal recounts trying to slow Bryant down when he first joined the team, but quickly realized the rookie’s drive could be used.
“I used to say things that would annoy him on purpose because I knew that’s when he would play his best,” O’Neal said, via HoopsHype.
