SuperSpeed ​​Golf has launched a new smartphone app that provides a complete platform for learning about all aspects of swing speed training, as well as showcasing the company’s range of products.

The launch culminates a two-year process to develop and integrate all aspects of golf swing speed training, including speed training, mechanics training, and fitness training into one platform.

SuperSpeed ​​has partnered with Jason Glass, a PGA Tour coach and Head of the TPI Fitness Advisory Board, to make him the app’s featured fitness coach. On top of SuperSpeed’s existing database of training and protocols, Glass has developed additional programs in golf-specific fitness areas including walking, lower body strength, core strength, and upper body strength, all available in the app.

The app uses the Distance Factor, a new calculation that takes into account all ball flight factors relative to actual carry distance to club head speed, along with other popular metrics including smash factor, club head speed, ball speed, and carry distance. Individual session data can be used to learn about users’ optimal training time, specific strengths and weaknesses and much more, while the app will track actual yardage gains, club speed, ball speed, session effort score, and trends related to all of this. metrics.

Interactive components include achievements with badges that arrive when users complete programs, make specific speed gains, and compare their best and worst swings. Leaderboards allow players to see how they stack up, as users can sort their data against other users by age, disability, gender and other factors.
