Paul Pierce ended up in the hospital on Friday after suffering a serious injury to his finger that caused heavy bleeding and multiple broken bones. The Boston Celtics legend updated his fans on his condition by posting pictures of him in his hospital bed, wearing a gown.
He shared graphic images of the injury, showing his right ring finger twisted away from his thumb and the closure of the other side of his finger, which was badly cracked.
