Koby Altman on the coaching search: How can this new coach take us to the next level?

Cleveland Cavaliers President of Basketball Operations Koby Altman says finding the right coach will be critical this offseason (he fired JB Bickerstaff on May 23rd).

“The right leader must be found. There is pressure in everything we do, so I get the importance of this. JB didn’t do anything wrong to say that, ‘Now, we have to fix this.’ I think there are many things we have done very well in the last four and a half years that he has been in charge.
