Where Pakistan made a mistake in T20 World Cup 2024

Speaking about Pakistan’s performance in the T20 World Cup, Flower pointed to the quick and important changes made just before the tournament. This includes bringing back Babar as captain, dropping Shaheen, and bringing back similar players Imad Wasim again Mohammad Amir.

Flower suggested that such a major overhaul could have disrupted the team’s cohesion and stability. However, he also believes that these changes have the potential to strengthen the party, meaning that timing and implementation may be more of an issue than the changes themselves.
