Charles Barkley didn’t mince words when discussing TNT’s potential loss of NBA rights. On the “Dan Patrick Show,” he criticized the heads of Warner Bros. Discovery as “clowns” in this situation.
Reports suggest the NBA is close to finalizing deals with Disney/ESPN, NBC, and Amazon, leaving TNT out despite its long association with the league.
Although Warner Bros. Discovery may be similar to the NBC package, they seem to be very interested in acquiring the rights to promote the College Football Playoff.
