Borussia Dortmund predicted to face PSG

Borussia Dortmund will defend against Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 when the two teams meet in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals on Tuesday.
Niclas Fullkrug scored one goal in the last game but it was Jadon Sancho who grabbed the headlines, scoring Dortmund’s first 90 minutes in the Champions League final since 2013.
This is what Edin Terzic can use to make sure of the progress.
GK: Gregor Kobel – Another man may be donning the gloves on Tuesday, the Swiss has been at his best this season.
RB: Julian Ryerson – There were doubts about how Ryerson would handle Kylian Mbappe in the first leg, but the 26-year-old kept the Signal Iduna Park crowd quiet.
CB: Mats Hummels – Having played every minute of Dortmund’s Champions League campaign so far, Hummels is a key asset for Terzic.
CB: Nico Schlotterbeck – Giving an assist and picking up a card in Germany showed the 24-year-old’s determination in attack and defense for Dortmund.
LB: Ian Maatsen – Sancho is not the only love life on loan at Dortmund. Maatsen continues to impress after leaving Chelsea.
DM: Marcel Sabitzer – The Austrian midfielder was instrumental in Dortmund’s quarter-final second leg against Atletico Madrid, scoring and assisting in a 4-2 win. Can he find that form in the second round against PSG?
DM: Emre Can – It is very likely that Can will be tasked with defending the four players again.
RW: Jadon Sancho – Enjoying life (again) in the German outfit, Sancho continued to create chances for Dortmund in the first leg against PSG. Luis Enrique will be working hard ahead of Tuesday, devising strategies to eliminate the threat posed by the Englishman.
AM: Julian Brandt – Despite his finish leaving something to be desired, Brandt remained active and positive throughout the first game.
LW: Karim Adeyemi – Terzic will be counting on Adeyemi to once again use his blistering pace, this time with even greater success, especially given PSG’s noticeable fatigue towards the end of the game.
CF: Niclas Fullkrug – Fullkrug is expected to start against Dortmund on Tuesday, getting a goal after his crucial goal in the first leg, but he expects some minutes from the returning Sebastien Haller.
