Canelo Alvarez vs. Pay-per-view Edgar Berlanga was revealed today for their September 14th event, priced at $89.99.

Fans on social media were shocked by the stickers, as they expected a satisfying amount of the event, live on DAZN PPV. However, some exciting fights are included in the Canelo-Berlanga match. For $89.99, fans will get these awesome battles:
- Caleb Plant vs. Trevor McCumby
- Eridlandy Lara vs. Danny Garcia
- Rolando ‘Rolly’ Romero vs. Manuel Jaimes
The biggest argument the fans have is that Berlanga was rushed to the top without Canelo fighting anyone even in the shadow, but that’s how it was done today. Former IBF super middleweight champion Plant (22-2, 13 KOs) will fight for the WBA interim belt against undefeated McCumby (28-0, 21 KOs). The winner of this fight may face Canelo next.
Fans haven’t seen former two-division world champion Danny Garcia (37-3, 21 KOs) for a few years, and he will be challenging Erislandy Lara (30-3-3, 18 KOs) for his WBA middleweight title. . It would be great if Danny could dethrone Lara, 41, after two years out of the ring.

It’s not clear how much fans were expecting from this card, but they should understand that an event like this will be more expensive than average. If fans thought that Canelo-Berlanga was going to sell for $70+, they were kidding themselves before there were so many great fights on the show that could be priced that low.
