The Manchester United midfielder put Denmark 1-0 up against Slovenia after a brilliant pass.
The Danes begin their European campaign against Slovenia at the Stuttgart Arena as they look to top Group C ahead of the England match on Sunday night.
As expected, Denmark quickly committed themselves to the contest, limiting Slovenia to just a few touches in the first 10 minutes.
They then broke the deadlock after a quick pass to Eriksen, with the Manchester United midfielder controlling the ball on his chest before slotting it into the back of the net.
It just had to be him!
