Sacramento Kings guard De’Aaron Fox has voiced his support for teammate Malik Monk as the 26-year-old enters unrestricted free agency this offseason.
Fox shared his thoughts on Monk’s situation, acknowledging the interest of many groups fighting for bodyguard services.
“His ability to be in this situation and it’s clear that he has many teams trying to follow him, I’m definitely happy for him. “Obviously we want him to stay but, at the end of the day, he has to do what’s best for him,” Fox said, as quoted by Matt George.
