Saini, who has been a consistent performer in first-class cricket, spelled 5/74 to disrupt India D’s innings. His five-wicket haul in first-class cricket showcased his ability to swing the ball from both sides and get the bounce out of the field.

Saini’s most important contribution came by dismissing Samson, who was caught Nitish Kumar Reddy. He then cleans up the low India D, picking up the wickets of Akash Sengupta again Arshdeep Singh to complete his five-for. India D’s last five wickets yielded just 42 runs, with Saini playing a key role in all of those dismissals.

In another final round match, Avesh Khan scored his second fifty in first-class cricket for India A against India C. His knock of 51 off 68 balls helped India A to a respectable total. Avesh collaboration with Shashwat Rawat it was crucial in rescuing India A from a critical situation.
