Former Indian captain MS Dhoni takes a look at his relationship with Virat Kohli

At a recent event in Hyderabadformer Indian cricket captain and World Cup winner MS Dhoni shared details about his relationship with her Virat Kohli. The duo has been instrumental in shaping Indian cricket over the past decade, contributing immensely to the team’s success, including ICC Men’s ODI World Cup victory in 2011 and The Champions Trophy victory in 2013.

Dhoni revealed that they have known each other for a long time, and considers Virat to be one of the best cricketers in the world. “We are partners who have played with India for a long time. He (Virat) has been one of the best in world cricket.”

Dhoni also explained that it was always a pleasure to bat alongside Virat, as their time together on the field was always enjoyable. “The fact that I was able to hit a lot with him during the middle overs was very exciting for me because we were taking a lot of threes and twos in the game. It’s always been fun.”

Dhoni also revealed that, although he and Virat don’t meet often, whenever they do, they make it a point to have meaningful conversations with each other. “It wasn’t that we used to meet, but when we got the chance, we made sure to go aside and talk for a long time. We would talk about what was going on, so that’s our relationship.”

Virat’s performance in the T20 World Cup final
