Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis puts his WBA ‘standard’ lightweight title on the line against Frank Martin this Saturday night, June 15, in the best of PBC card on Prime Video pay-per-view.
This is also the best opponent of Tank’s career, and he will win or be exposed by Martin (18-0, 12 KOs) in his title fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Plant can’t say for sure how Benavidez will do in this fight, as he moves up to light heavyweight, fighting a guy his size, and easily the best opponent of his 11-year professional career thus far. .
Benavidez is in the same boat as Tank Davis, only now stepping up for the first time against a quality opponent who has a chance to beat him.
The ‘Beast of Mexico’ Benavidez should have been fighting 175 years ago, and the fact that he never showed that he was looking for profit. The fans have a label for that: ‘Weight bull.’
“Obviously, he is a great fighter. That’s why I chose to fight him in the first place, and I’m sure he felt the same way about me. That’s why he chose to fight me. I’m excited to see that fight and see how he does at 175,” Plant said of Benavidez.
