Golf Business News – Amundi extends Evian Championship sponsorship until 2030

Amundi, Europe’s leading property manager, has renewed its partnership with the Evian Championship – the only Major women’s tournament on the European continent – for an additional five years, and will remain a sponsor of the title until 2030.

Founded in 1994, Amundi Evian Championship it is now one of the most recognized women’s golf tournaments in the world. Thanks to this new partnership, its global strength will be further strengthened and will promote women’s golf around the world.

Its footprint, which now includes broadcasting and media coverage in nearly 150 countries, will help raise the Amundi brand name among golf enthusiasts, especially in Europe and Asia, where the asset manager provides savings and investment solutions to nearly 100 million customers.

Under Amundi’s sponsorship, the tournament’s prize money has increased to $8 million, a huge improvement and another step towards equality in the sport.

In addition to sponsoring this major tournament, Amundi also provides support to other young female golfers through a dedicated program, the Amundi Talent Program, and aims to promote the emergence of young talents through youth golf tournaments, and international tournaments for beginners. Having benefited more than 560 young athletes since 2021, these programs pave the way for future champions and the future of golf.
