Sotogrande has unveiled plans for the development of a new golf school at Almenara Golf, located in the SO/ Sotogrande Spa and Golf Resort.

The project will see the 9-hole Alcornoques Course transformed into a state-of-the-art golf school, setting a new benchmark for golf courses in the region.

The Almenara Golf Academy will feature a range of world-class facilities, including a natural grass and covered fairway with a VIP area, Toptracer driving range technology, a custom putting area, a bar and cafe, and a night club. practice centers.

Additionally, the new school will feature a nine-hole par-3 course designed by local golfer Manuel Pinero and a training school that will include three practice holes, a practice area with a dedicated tee line, multiple putting greens, and a short game area.

Construction is already underway on the new Almenara Golf Academy, which will complement the existing 18-hole championship course at Almenara Golf. This expansion confirms Sotogrande’s commitment to providing an exceptional golf experience and enhancing the overall offering for guests and members.
