Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah reveals his favorite wicket

In a recent interview with Indian Express on their YouTube channel, Indiastar fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah He shared details about his career and revealed his favorite wicket. During the interview, Bumrah was asked about one wicket that brought a smile. Reflecting on his illustrious career, there were five important wickets, each with a special story.

Bumrah was asked about his memorable five wickets, and he named them Ollie Pope, Shaun Marsh, Mohammad Rizwan, Ollie Robinsonagain Virat Kohli. He was then asked which of these wickets he liked best.

Bumrah took the name of his teammate and former Indian captain, Kohli. Bumrah had got this wicket earlier in his career during the match Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2013 when he was only 19 years old. Bumrah dismissed Kohli five times in 16 innings in the IPL, with Kohli scoring 140 runs against him. This figure highlights the fierce battles between India’s cricketing giants over the years.

Speaking of his other memorable wickets, Pope’s dismissal of England has to be one of the best. During the series on In England In January 2024, Bumrah bowled a brilliant yorker to Pope, showing his accuracy and skill throughout the tour.
