While Bangar was tight-lipped on whether Punjab would bid for Sharma, he admitted that the cricketer would be a sought-after player.

“Rohit Sharma is undoubtedly an eye-catching player and will attract high bids when he enters the auction. His track record and leadership qualities make him an outstanding player for any team looking to strengthen their squad,” Bangar said.
