After the Minnesota Timberwolves traded Karl-Anthony Towns to the New York Knicks, the 7-footer’s girlfriend, Jordyn Woods, sparked wedding rumors on social media Thursday when she showed off a large diamond on her ring finger in Instagram photos.
Woods, who was wearing a blue and orange Knicks sweatshirt, captioned his post with an orange heart emoji. Her post led to some fans asking, “are you engaged?” in the comments section.
On Snapchat that same day, Wood also teased his followers with a sorting challenge while waiting at the In-N-Out drive-thru to get his order. The filter included several bridal dresses and accessories.
“I don’t really like these decisions right now,” Jordyn said, “but since you all keep asking when I’m getting married, it could happen again.”

Additionally, engagement rumors sparked on Towns’ end when she opened up about cheating rumors during a recent appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s “Club Shay Shay” YouTube podcast.
“I’m cool, I’m good, life is good for me,” the 28-year-old said when Sharpe addressed rumors that she was “seeing someone else” besides Woods.
“I think we both live in the public eye. We both have different things, different rumors that were completely false,” added Karl-Anthony Towns. “We understand that people will go with whatever is more exciting.
“It doesn’t have to be true, it has to sound really good. For us, we know who we are to each other. We know what we are up against and we know the life we are building. … We’re not worried about that.”
In addition, Towns met Woods through mutual friends four years ago. In fact, the couple started dating in July 2020, three months after Town’s mother passed away from complications of COVID-19.
In May 2024, the couple bought a $14 million home in Los Angeles.
