Over the past few years, more than 20,000 Haitian immigrants have settled in Springfield, Ohio, creating significant demographic changes in the community.
Recent reports say that some migrants engage in reckless behavior, such as car crashes, crashing into school buses, and even catching and eating cats, dogs and ducks in local parks.
