Man United star, Sofyan Amrabat, wants to continue living in England next season

Man United star, Sofyan Amrabat, wants to stay in England next season even though he is about to leave Old Trafford.
The midfielder spent the 2023/24 campaign on loan at United from Fiorentina and did not impress enough for the Manchester club to keep him permanently. It is reported that the Red Devils will send the 27-year-old player to Italy this summer, where he will also look for a new club.
Fiorentina want Amrabat to stay at the club, but according to their sporting director Daniele Parde, the Moroccan wants to stay in the Premier League.
“I could keep him in Florence but it doesn’t seem like he has that in mind,” said Parde via talkSPORT.
“I think he wants to stay in the Premier League but we haven’t heard from anyone yet.”
Man United have yet to confirm whether or not they will keep the midfielder, and the English giants have the option to make his loan deal permanent with a £25m transfer fee.
Will Man United keep Sofyan Amrabat?
This season has been difficult for Amrabat, despite an improvement in his form towards the end of the campaign. However, that is unlikely to see him make a permanent move to Old Trafford in the summer.
Amrabat has appeared in 30 games for Man United this season, 17 of which have been starts.
At £25m, the Moroccan star is worth the risk but with United having financial constraints in the upcoming window, they will need to prioritize other areas to strengthen at the moment.
The midfielder in Erik ten Hag’s side needs work, but whether the Premier League giants feel Amrabat is the man to help with that remains to be seen as the 27-year-old’s future will become clearer in the coming weeks.
