Manchester City welcome back Liam and Noel Gallagher
Manchester City have welcomed the reconciliation of celebrity fans Liam and Noel Gallagher, who are set to renovate the Oasis and play a series of gigs in 2025.
The band broke up in 2009 after the Gallagher brothers broke up in Paris following months of off-stage disagreements.
Both have gone on to have successful careers on their own since then but the stories they are preparing have sparked huge interest with tickets for shows in London, Cardiff, Manchester, Edinburgh and Dublin in high demand.
Both Liam and Noel are well-known City fans from nearby Burnage and they are particularly present at games.
And the four-time defending Premier League champions were quick to welcome them by highlighting their comeback – City’s 3-2 win over Aston Villa on the final day of the 2021-22 season, with Pep Guardiola’s side coming back from 2. -0 down to win 3-2 and claim the title.
