Mirra Andreeva is one of the top young talents on the WTA Tour.
Now, 17-year-old Andreeva holds the title.
Andreeva took her first Iasi red clay title. Andreeva held a 5-7, 7-5, 4-0 lead over Elina Avanesyan when the fifth seed retired.
At 17 years, 90 days, Andreeva is the youngest woman to win a WTA title since 17-year-old Coco Gauff won the 2021 Parma title.
