The Predators are struggling to start the season with this new team, as they seem to have lost their identity. The foundation of this Nashville team was defense, but like most teams that add offensive players, they tried to overcome defensive mistakes.

But they say things that I think can be relevant and let’s start with the players. Jonathan Marchessault basically describes the team as fragile right now, you know? Then hear Trotz and others talk about how they are committed to the building. They try to overcome their problems.
Well, it feels a lot like what the Edmonton Oilers went through to start last year because they had all that high-octane talent. It’s just natural for you to lean on your top guys, but if your top guys aren’t doing well, you’re going to struggle, you’re going to lose games, and that’s what’s happening now with the Nashville Predators.
