Suryakumar Yadav who will play the Buchi Babu tournament, is hoping for a return to the test

Not initially included in Mumbai’s junior squad for the pre-season Buchi Babu Invitational in Tamil Nadu, Suryakumar has informed the Mumbai selectors of his availability for the second half of the first-class tournament which will run until the end of August. He will play under Sarfaraz Khan after asking the selectors not to change the captaincy. Suryakumar is likely to feature in Mumbai’s match against Jammu and Kashmir in Salem from August 27.
