EuroLeague Basketball has announced significant rule changes for the upcoming 2024-25 season. These updates aim to improve fairness and transparency in both the EuroLeague and EuroCup.
One major change involves the court violation, which will now be part of the Instant Replay System (IRS). Referees can review foul calls during the final two minutes of the fourth quarter and overtime. Additionally, coaches can challenge backcourt violation calls at any time during the game.
