An unnamed NBA coach has suggested that the Golden State Warriors are past their prime, relying too much on Stephen Curry to fuel their performance.
The coach compared the Warriors to a rock band that was once popular and continues to tour, but no longer enjoys the same success or consistency.
While Curry is still a dominant player, the team itself has lost its front line and hasn’t had much of an impact lately.
The rivalry they seek against Boston now looks more like a tribute to past achievements than a sign of continued dominance.
