Trevoh Chalobah is ready to leave Chelsea

Trevoh Chalobah is open to leaving Chelsea, the club he has spent his entire career at.

Chalobah’s future has become a topic of discussion. Although he is no longer part of Chelsea’s plans moving forward and they are ready to sell him, the England defender has no intentions of leaving Stamford Bridge. But, according to a report from HITC, the Chelsea graduate has changed his mind about his future, and is ready to leave the club this summer.

Chalobah were promoted to their first team in 2021. He had a great start to his senior career but injuries slowed things down. He has fallen down the pecking order in London and is not an integral part of Enzo Maresca’s plans. Although the 25-year-old still has four years left on his contract, the Blues are determined to offload him.

They want to confirm his move amid interest from West Ham, Crystal Palace and Fulham. Although Chalobah is not willing to leave, Chelsea have informed him that he will not be part of their Premier League team next season. If he wants to play, he will have to leave the team. Because of this, he has changed and is now ready to hold talks to leave the club.

Trevoh Chalobah who plays for Chelsea

Chalobah has no shortage of suitors

With Marc Guehi’s future uncertain amid interest from Newcastle United, Crystal Palace are eyeing Chalobah as a possible replacement. With Tosin Adarabioyo moving to Stamford Bridge, Fulham are also keen on strengthening their defense and the Chelsea graduate is one of the names on their wish list. Although West Ham have signed Max Kilman, they are looking for a suitable partner for the former Wolves captain and feel that the English defender can help their cause.

Being a homegrown player, his departure will result in pure profit for the Blues. Chalobah may not have done much for Chelsea in recent years but his ability to play anywhere at the back and as a defensive midfielder could help whichever team he ends up joining.
