Twitter goes wild as Rishabh Pant, Jasprit Bumrah lead India to nail-biting win over Pakistan in T20 World Cup 2024

Indian team again Pakistan llost the horns in the much-anticipated competition in ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 per week. The low-scoring game went down to the wire as the Men in Blue registered a thrilling victory by just 6 runs at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.

After being asked to bat first, India were bowled out for 119 runs in just 19 overs. The batsmen failed to establish partnerships, with few players able to contribute much.

Rishabh Pant shows resistance

Rishabh Pant he emerged as India’s leading scorer, with 42 runs off 31 balls. Axar Patel he added a steady 20 runs from 18 deliveries. Despite their efforts, the entire betting order could not provide the necessary support, resulting in a below average value.

Naseem Shah’s fire

And Seem Shah in the selection of Pakistan bowlers, they bowled an impressive spell to get 3 wickets for just 21 runs. His pace and accuracy dismantled the Indian batsmen, putting Pakistan in control. Apart from Naseem, Mohammad Amir provided the key breakthrough, taking 2 wickets for 23 runs. His experience and skill furthered India’s problems, he ensured that the athletes found it difficult to fight.

Jasprit Bumrah leads India home

In a highly entertaining contest, Pakistan failed to chase down 120 runs, ending their innings at 113/7 in 20 overs. Indian bowlers did a decent job to get a narrow victory. Mohammad Rizwan he is Pakistan’s top scorer, scoring 31 runs. Despite his efforts, Pakistan’s batting line-up faltered under the pressure, unable to build the partnership needed to reach the target.

Jasprit Bumrah he was instrumental in India’s victory, taking 3 crucial wickets for just 14 runs. His direct and lethal bowling in the death overs turned the tide for India, ensuring they were in control of the match. Hardik Pandya and played a key role, taking 2 wickets for 24 runs. His contributions with the ball were crucial in containing Pakistan’s batting and keeping the required run rate set. In the end, India won by 6 runs, defending a limited total with some good bowling.
