At the right end India‘s outstanding 4-1 T20I series win against Zimbabwe, Rinku Singh was honored with the ‘Fielder of the Series’ award. This event, which has become their tradition Indian cricket teamhappened after the last game on Harare per week.
The award was given to Rinku by India’s former leading batting coach VVS Laxmanwho directs the team without the former coach Rahul Dravid. Rinku’s consistent and impressive fielding efforts throughout the series, which included six catches, made him a worthy recipient of the award.

Before the event, the Men in Blue watched a video of the Indian coach, T Dilipwho emphasized the importance of entering modern cricket and the team’s dedication to doing well in this game.
“Guys, playing football has always been our priority in Indian cricket, and it is the aspect of the game where we have set the standard in the past years. We must aim to continue to strive for excellence in this area. As we all know, we follow the tradition, which is the entry award. The award is given to a player who will have a visible impact on the game through his performance,” Dilip said in the BCCI video.
Subhadeep Ghosh, who worked as a coach for the game Zimbabwe seriesit praised the contributions of each player and highlighted the importance of taking the sticks to control and control games.
“Another good day in the game. I think it was a great effort from everyone. I think that, in the last five months, we have been thrown into different situations and different challenges. As I always say, grip is very important. When you participate, you can control the game, and you can control the game, which we did today,” Ghosh said.
In his acceptance speech, Rinku expressed his happiness to be a part of the team and his love for batting and running.
“I really enjoyed playing with everyone. It was my 4th or 5th series, so I really enjoyed it. To be honest, I like to hit and play a lot. I really enjoy it. Very sweet. It’s fun to run. So, what else can I say, God’s plan,” he said.

Time for a change in T20Is
The series win marked the start of a new era for India in T20Is, with the team progressing without the presence of veterans. Virat Kohli again Rohit Sharma. Despite their absence, the team maintained a high standard and continued the tradition of honoring the best player.
