Held at the Molana Azad Stadium in Jammu, the match saw the Greats set a target of 134 after winning the toss and electing to bat first. The Capitals, led by Ian Bellchase down the target successfully at the end. Veteran speedster S. Sreesanth he brought a memorable girlfriend early in the morning, showing his class, while Manan Sharma he shone with both bat and ball for the Majors.

Former Indian pacer Sreesanth turned back the clock with a stunning lady to open the Capitals’ innings against the Greats. His first delivery in the Naman Ojha he was a good outfielder, who swerved late, hit Ojha’s bat and went straight to the wicketkeeper. The second ball was almost symbolic, swinging enough to elude the batter again, leaving Ojha with no chance to connect.

Each delivery was a showcase of Sreesanth’s mastery of line and length, leaving Ojha struggling to rotate the strike or even get off the mark. Sreesanth’s seam movements, combined with subtle changes in pace, made it almost impossible for Ojha to settle.

Deba Das provided the latest boost with his 20 off 13 balls, lifting Gujarat to a competitive total of 134/6 in 20 overs.
