Is this the most unbelievable putt ever?

Well, we don’t know about that but Wesley Bryan has a rival after pulling off this incredibly long putt from 144 meters.

Talk about learning the green, and the fairway as it happens, as the ball falls into the hole, sparking wild celebrations.

This is a trick from a Youtuber and PGA Tour expert.

Bryan made a very unusual choice on a course that didn’t involve putting from 144 yards out.

He uses 4 irons in his bag.

As Bryan describes his Takomo 301 CB 6-iron travels about 195-200 yards. Then, his new Takomo 101U Driving Iron with a hollow body, which he just started testing “a few weeks ago” and bends about 2 degrees weaker, travels about 220 yards, while the Titleist T200 4-iron about 235 yards.

“It’s very forgiving and starts high, and it has a long profile where it looks great,” Bryan said. “If people are serious about playing something less expensive for their team, it beats Srixon (driving instrument). [I started testing it] a few weeks ago and it’s still in the bag.

“I just made it 2 degrees weaker. Actually that gap from 205 to 225 I was in a dead spot, so I’ll try to close that gap better.”

For beginners, Bryan’s method of hacking yardage and club selection teaches an important lesson: it’s more about yardage and performance than the number on the club or even the price.

Bryan turns things up on the green again this week, using the new LAB DF3 putter.

When asked how long he tested his putter, Bryan replied: “About 30 minutes, and it goes in the bag.

“It’s very stable.”

Bryan is a PGA Tour professional, golf Youtuber and course owner along with his brother who has taken over from the defunct former Muni.
