How to get tickets to the US Open at Oakmont
Gary Lisbon
If you think it’s too early to start planning for next year’s US Open before a champion is crowned at Pinehurst No. 2, you can make a mistake!
The USGA is already selling tickets for the 2025 US Open at the tournament’s second venue, Oakmont. Next year’s national opening is scheduled for June 9-15, ending the traditional Father’s Day weekend.
As of Friday, there are four different ticket package options available on the USGA website for the 125th US Open.
The first option is a premium offering, a week-long Trophy Club package. For the price of $1500 – the same as this year’s event – you will receive gallery tickets every day of the week (Monday-Sunday) for one person and access to the climate-controlled Trophy Club off the 3rd fairway will be premium. food and drink options available for purchase, and luxury bathrooms. The 3rd fairway is the site of the large Oakmont “Church Pews”, so it’s sure to be a sight to behold, as is the nearby 4th fairway.
The second option is the Champions Pavillion, which is next year’s top-paying offering. The Champions Pavillion will be located near the third green and includes all food and beverage, live television coverage and private restrooms. The USGA describes this option as a “rest” and it will cost you. Tickets will cost $5,000 for a five-day package and single-day tickets are not currently available.
The third ticket option is a standard weekly gallery ticket which will get you into the gates all seven days of the tournament week, but there are no hospitality tents like the above options. A weekly ticket package goes for $800 a pop, $50 more than this year.
The final options allow you to get two tickets for the Thursday and Friday round or the Saturday and Sunday rounds and a reserved space in the grandstand at a place to be determined. The opening option costs $750 per person and the weekend rounds are $825.
Additionally, fans can sign up for the USGA’s Victory Club for free! Victory Club gives you access to exclusive promotions, events and more.
