I have to do it for my young players and I have to do it for the vision of this organization. I have to do what’s best for the Sharks.’

Friedman: “Yes. Like we want to make sure there’s nothing short here. Another team told me they would be curious to see if there was a trade between the Sharks and, and the Rangers. Because you know, they’re getting around his no-trade clause, right? And he said that is something both the union and the league so the league will be at the top.
But you know, like I said, it was, it was tough, it was a tough thing for Goodrow to go through. You wanted more heads but I think in time everything will work itself out. Like, like I said, he’s a professional, and you know, it’s good money.
