Fulham vs Man City: Preview, predictions and fixtures
Manchester City’s bid for a record fourth Premier League title faces another hurdle this Saturday lunchtime when the reigning champions travel to Fulham.
Pep Guardiola’s side have won their last six Premier League games and now sit one point behind leaders Arsenal. With the Gunners set to visit Manchester United on Sunday afternoon, the Cityzens can pile on the pressure on the north London outfit with a win at Craven Cottage.
Fulham’s recent form, combined with nothing to play for in the last few games of the campaign, makes it difficult to look past another win for City. However, the Cottagers have beaten Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur at Craven Cottage this season, underscoring their potential to cause a title-deciding upset.
However, a backlog of performances is unlikely to fill Fulham fans with confidence. The west London club returned to the Etihad in early September, a 5-1 defeat with Erling Haaland scoring a hat-trick. The Norwegian is ready for the trip to the capital after scoring four against Wolverhampton Wanderers last week.
Here it is 90 min game preview.

Marco Silva has just one fitness concern to deal with ahead of the champions’ visit, and that is Harrison Reed’s doubt. The midfielder returned to training about a week ago so he has a good chance of being available.
With the rest of his squad intact, Silva is unlikely to make any major changes to the side that drew 0-0 with Brentford last week.
Fulham predicted formation (4-2-3-1): This one; Castagne, Diop, Bassey, Robinson; Lukic, Palhinha, Iwobi, Pereira, Willian; Muniz.
Not being involved in the Champions League final has helped ease Guardiola’s fitness concerns during his run in the Premier League and he has a fully fit squad to choose from in west London this weekend.
However, with the match against Tottenham still to go on Tuesday evening, ‘Pep roulette’ could be on full swing as he looks to share the work.
Man City predicted formation (4-2-3-1): Ederson; Walker, Akanji, Ake, Guardiol; Rodri, Kovacic; Silva, De Bruyne, Foden; Haaland.
City have shown few signs of faltering in recent weeks and have overcome the obstacles standing in the way of another Premier League title. With a clean bill of health and confidence high, they will be strong favorites at Craven Cottage.
Fulham have been in end of season mode for the past few weeks with consecutive draws against other London clubs. They have lost their last 15 games against the Cityzens in all competitions and the unwanted streak could be extended this weekend.
Prediction: Fulham 0-2 Man City
